Items can only be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase date.
Items are only refundable if they are unworn, unwashed, and in sellable condition as when they were received.
Your original invoice is required as well as a valid I.D. may be required for all exchanges.
Refunds:
Items will be accepted in return for a full refund for the following reasons:
- The item is defective.
- The item received is not the item ordered.
- The Item differs in specifications from the desired items.
- The garment did not fit, or does not meet the customer needs.
Exchanges
Unworn and/or unused items will be accepted for exchange for size, color, and style reasons. Any difference in cost will be charged or credited accordingly.
Credit:
Store credit can be issued instead of refund or exchange at any time.
