All boots purchased at 2 Hot Activewear are nonrefundable, however any customer may exchange his/her boots under the following conditions:
- The boots are returned within 30 days of purchase date.
- They are returned to 2 Hot Activewear in sellable condition as when they were received.
- The customer must return the boots with their original, dated invoice, and packaging.
** Boots will only be accepted for exchange if they were purchased from 2 Hot Activewear. Employees will not accept boots that have been purchased elsewhere, or if they do not meet the above conditions.
